15 Villas are now under construction and the progress is very positive. In fact, two of these villas are just weeks away from being done. The main building civil works are on schedule and construction is estimated to be complete mid 2020.

13/8/2018 - It is great to see the trusses up on the first duplex villas and the entrance road, roundabout and retaining walls steadily developing.  Project Managers Howard Jury (Hopper Development) and Duncan Unsworth (Cabra Developments) are pleased with the progress during the site inspection today.

JULY/AUGUST 2018

Villa construction is underway and the first 13 architecturally designed homes are on track for completion in mid-2019.  

The Country Club Huapai obtained Resource Consent in December 2017 and is planned to be developed in a number of stages.   It is hoped to be completed in approximately 5 years depending on the market, construction constraints and the like.

The first stage including 15 villas is planned to begin in mid-2018 and stage 2 construction being the first stage of the main building facility/apartment building will commence late 2018.  

The first stage of the main building is to comprise of the reception, bar, restaurant, meeting facilities and 46 multi-storied apartments.  This is also planned include the wellness centre with a luxurious indoor pool, spa and gym facility.   The outdoor leisure area shall be landscaped with high quality plants and will include a petanque or bowling green.

Upon completion the facility is planned to have over 280 Apartments, 30 villas and a care facility with on call nurse.
