Country Club is the pinnacle of retirement living, resembling a luxurious resort-style haven. This exceptional retirement village is the result of a collaboration between two esteemed property developers: Hopper Developments, also known as Hopper Living, and Cabra Developments. Both entities share the distinction of being family-owned and operated, and having worked seamlessly together in previous joint projects, the partnership is driven by the shared vision of creating a retirement experience that epitomizes excellence in every aspect.

Village Management

Operated by a Management Company under the ownership of the Hopper/Cabra Partnership. The Country Club takes pride in its commitment to serving its residents, and is responsible for employing a dedicated team to cater to the diverse needs of the community. As the village steadily grows and the resident population increases, the staff will be expanded to ensure that the evolving requirements of the residents are met with the utmost care and attention.

At Country Club Huapai, residents will reside in their homes under the terms of an Occupation Right Agreement, often referred to as an ORA. This agreement grants residents the legal right to occupy their specific dwelling and outlines the obligations and responsibilities that both the resident and the operator must adhere to. The ORA, along with other documents provided by the operator, operates within the framework of the Retirement Villages Act and is officially recorded with the Register of Retirement Villages.

This registration process is in place to ensure strict compliance with the provisions outlined in the Retirement Villages Act, providing a vital layer of security to every Village resident. It guarantees that the terms of their occupancy cannot be subject to arbitrary changes, offering peace of mind to all residents. The Country Club Huapai is a registered retirement village.

Village Construction

The first few stages of villas, and the main building, including apartments and community facilities are complete. A second apartment building is currently under construction, set with a late 2023 completion date. Apartments offer 1-3 bedroom options, and villas include 2-3 bedroom options.

The main building, aptly named the Nobilo Building comprises of the reception area, bar, restaurant, hair and beauty salon, library, games room, and several community spaces. The main building also includes a wellness center with a heated indoor pool, spa, and gym facility. The outdoor leisure area includes a bowling green, putting green, pétanque, gardens and grape vines, and an expansive sheltered outdoor area.

Once complete, the Country Club will include roughly 250+ dwellings, and will also include a purpose-built aged care facility to eventually cater for the needs of the aging resident.
